In an effort to generate more business in our local community, we have partnered with several neighborhood restaurants, bars and retail shops to offer discounts and perks for our residents. Our goal is not only to help promote local small businesses but help build a better sense of community with everyone in Deep Ellum.

Discounts below will be residents at all 9 Westdale apartment communities (The Hamilton, The Case Building, Deep Ellum Lofts, 3200 Main, 3333 Elm Street Lofts, Elm Street Lofts, Futura Lofts, Mid Elm Lofts and Adam Hats Lofts) and tenants of The Epic commercial building in Deep Ellum.
